Yes, It is weatherproof and with stand outdoor exposure. Work temperature is -30℃--60℃

3.     What about your warranty service?

 For lock,we have 1 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

4.     What if I do not know how to use the device?

We provide very detailed instruction, you can have a read or you can contact with the customer service, and they will help you.

5.     How do you do if battery no power?

The lock battery is 6*AAA battery.you can buy battery remove the battery cover and exchange.

6.     How much lock suitable for door thickness?

The lock cylinder is adjustable,it can adapt to 50MM to 120MM door thickness.

7.     What is the unlock way about the lock?

The lock can fingerprint ,remote control,mobile phone APP unlock.APP unlock by connect Bluetooth.

8.     Can the App control multiple locks? We'd like to install 5 of these on a couple of doors and would like to manage them all through the app?

Yes, WELOCK App can control multiple locks. You can manage all of the 5 WELOCK from WELOCK App. Just name them differently so you know which is which.

9.     If the remote control were lost,how can you do?

You can delete the remote control,and you must remember the remote control sequence.

10. How many the fingerprint and remote control can be add.

999 fingerprint ,3 admin fingerprint and 996 user fingerprint .
